This house is the first one we find going up the concrete access, it has an entrance on the upper floor and on the terrace of the ground floor, as well as a magnificent terrace on the upper deck.
Downstairs, outside terrace where there is a centenary carob tree that has been left for the pleasant shade it casts on the lower terrace, we enter the house, living room kitchen in the same area and a large bathroom, typical Andalusian, here we have a beautiful cooker, as formerly had in the farmhouses, We go up the interior stairs to the upper floor, two large bedrooms and a central living room, which leads to the entrance terrace and the exterior stairs that lead to the roof with a beautiful view of the valley.
Access to the hamlet "Los Martinez" is from the road, across a river to "Las Escuelas", now disused and currently used for seasonal country celebrations.

The third house is unfinished and has a small farm with avocado and fruit trees.
